Infrastructure Optimization

Performed Strategy and execution of Infrastructure assessment, Server Virtualization & Datacenter optimization initiatives for a mid-sized organization that resulted in 10:1 utilization efficiency gains.

Large scale Change Management and ERP implementation

Our experience leading major ERP initiatives makes us a valuable resource in defining executive sponsorship roles and leading major initiatives to optimize core business processes, including software and vendor selection, requirements definition, project delivery and establishment of ongoing change management structures.

International M&A

Conducted an evaluation of systems and processes for a major international newspaper company during an acquisition. Led a cross-functional team in Paris and Hong Kong in business process analysis to determine efficiency and automation opportunities and gain buy-in from stakeholders.

I.T. Strategic Planning

Developed a 10 year technology roadmap for key fulfillment systems for a national media company.

Consumer Website Development and B2B portals

Led a major upgrade for a national media company's large consumer website to provide self-service account management. The effort included development of an online store and creation of single-sign-on login security across three major public websites, with integration to back-end legacy (mainframe) systems.

Led the creation of B2B internet portals for data exchange and self service functions for a national newspaper company, successfully completing the $6 million development effort on time and under budget in under nine months.
