Led a major upgrade for a national media company's large consumer website and creation of B2B internet portals for Partners' data exchange and self service functions.  The effort included development of an online store and integration of user sign-on across three major websites, with integration to back-end legacy (mainframe) systems.

Successfully established a network of onshore and offshore support vendors and instituted processes for managing vendor relationships, contracts and levels of service for a mid-sized private company, resulting in more than $1 million in annual I.T. efficiencies.

Infrastructure Optimization

Performed Strategy development and execution of Infrastructure Virtualization & Datacenter optimization initiatives for a mid-sized organization that resulted in 10:1 utilization efficiency gains.
